Appointment requests submitted through this website are requests only and are not guaranteed until confirmed by DVA Services.
Customers must provide accurate contact information, service addresses, and a description of the appliance issue when scheduling service.
Appointment times are provided as estimated service windows and are not guaranteed exact arrival times. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, emergency service calls, parts availability, or previous appointments.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the appliance during the scheduled appointment.
If a customer is unavailable at the scheduled appointment time or access cannot be provided, DVA Services reserves the right to reschedule the appointment and may charge a service fee.
Same-day and emergency appointments are subject to technician availability.
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting DVA Services as soon as possible.
Submission of a booking request does not create a guarantee of service availability or acceptance of the requested appointment time.
DVA Services reserves the right to decline service requests that are outside the service area, beyond the scope of work, unsafe, or otherwise impractical to perform.
