Warranty Policy
DVA Services provides a limited labor warranty of 30 days on repairs performed by our technician unless otherwise stated in writing.
Parts are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable. DVA Services does not provide separate warranties on parts unless expressly stated in writing.
This warranty applies only to the specific component repaired or replaced and does not cover unrelated failures, future breakdowns, or additional issues that may develop after service.
Warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Power surges, electrical supply issues, or utility interruptions
• Water quality issues, mineral buildup, or plumbing-related problems
• Clogged drain lines or restricted water lines
• Customer-supplied parts
• Rust, corrosion, pest damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
• Damage caused by third-party repairs or modifications
• Pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or additional failures discovered after service
• Commercial use unless specifically stated in writing
Warranty service must be requested within the applicable warranty period.
DVA Services reserves the right to inspect the appliance before determining whether a repair qualifies for warranty coverage.
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, DVA Services shall not be liable for food spoilage, loss of use, loss of income, business interruption, incidental damages, consequential damages, or damages exceeding the amount paid for the service performed.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary under applicable law.
